1. AI output can be wrong

AI can produce plausible but incorrect facts, instructions, prices, links or summaries. Features and menus change. Review important information against the current provider documentation before acting. Review generated messages before sending them and check permissions before connecting accounts.

We cannot access your accounts through the website chat or perform changes on your behalf. In a live video setup meeting we help you set it up step by step by video while you operate your device and approve changes.

2. Not legal, medical or financial advice

The website, AI chat, kits and setup meetings do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax or investment advice, diagnosis or treatment. We help organize workflows and reminders. An AI answer does not establish a physician-patient, lawyer-client or financial-adviser relationship.

For decisions requiring professional advice, consult an appropriately licensed professional. Do not use this service for emergencies, medical triage, investment trading decisions or automated decisions affecting someone’s rights or access to important services.

3. Time-saving estimates

Estimates only. Actual time saved varies; no specific results are promised.

Published estimates illustrate possible task arithmetic, not measured typical customer performance. For example, Starter: 12 tasks per month × 5 minutes = about 1 hour/month; Pro: 12 tasks × 15 minutes = about 3 hours/month; a guided video workflow: 16 tasks × 15 minutes = about 4 hours/month. These are illustrative gross task-time reductions for suitable recurring tasks. Subtract your setup, review and correction time to estimate net savings.

Your setup, learning, troubleshooting and verification may use time. The task volume and reduction may be lower, zero or negative. These figures are not scientific findings, guarantees, earnings claims or evidence that one offer saves more time than another. AI-generated kit estimates also need checking against your actual tasks.

4. Privacy and responsible use

Never share passwords, authentication codes, full account or card numbers, patient records or confidential client information with AI. Do not use AI for deceptive marketing, spam, impersonation or harmful activities. Get permission before using other people’s data or recording a meeting.

5. Calling and texting safeguards

The AI Calling & Texting plan is a setup plan that requires review; an AI-generated plan is not legal approval, carrier authorization or proof of consent. Keep outbound functions inactive until the recipient-permission, carrier-registration and provider checks appropriate to your use are complete. Inbound answering differs from outbound AI voice calls, and a caller asking one question does not authorize future promotions.

Always identify AI and the represented sender at the opening as a WellWise planning safeguard. Federal law already restricts artificial-voice calls; the FCC’s 2024 proposal for additional AI-specific disclosure should not be mistaken for proof of a final nationwide rule. Obtain current legal review before real deployment. Obtain all required permissions for recording, transcripts and speech processing; human fallback and opt-out must work. No cold-list marketing, emergency or clinical workflows are supported.
